Possession matters

JRWallaceInc does not perform self-help evictions or physically remove occupants. All possession matters must proceed through legally authorized processes and professionals.

Real estate and notarial services

Real-estate services are provided by John Wallace, REALTOR®, affiliated with Weichert, REALTORS® – Cornerstone – Wilmington. Notarial services are provided by John Wallace, Notary Public, subject to commission authority. These services are separate from the property and home-support services of JRWallaceInc.
